Fusion Diagnostics Unexplained Fatigue Profile

The Unexplained Fatigue Profile is a simple tool to aid in the diagnosis of persistent unexplained fatigue. The test results can help to confirm the presence or absence of an autoimmune condition.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • CCP IgG
  • RF IgM
  • RF IgA

Connective Tissue Disease

  • ANA screen(Symphony)
  • dsDNA

Celiac Disease

  • tTG IgA
  • tTG IgG
  • Gliadin IgA
  • Gliadin IgG

Thyroid Disease

  • TPO IgG
  • Tg IgG

Rheumatoid Arthritis
Cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibodies are sensitive and specific markers for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), particularly for early RA.

Rheumatoid Factor (RF). The prevalence of RA is markedly increased in individuals with RF antibodies of more than one isotype, most frequently, a combination of IgM and IgA

Thyroid Disease
Thyroglobulin (TG) and thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies are sensitive and specific markers for autoimmune thyroid disease (e.g. Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Graves Disease)

Connective Tissue Disease

Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) Symphony measures antibodies that are sensitive and specific markers for connective tissue disease (e.g. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), Sjogrens syndrome, scleroderma, polymyositis / dermatomyositis, CREST syndrome). Markers included in ANA symphony are Sm, SS-A/Ro, SS-B/La, Rnp, Scl-70, Jo-1, and CENP.

dsDNA antibodies are sensitive and specific markers for SLE.

Celiac Disease

Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) and Deamidated Gliadin Peptides (Gliadin) / Gliadin antibodies are excellent markers for celiac disease. A positive EliA tTG result in combination with Gliadin / Gliadin helps to support a clinical diagnosis of celiac disease.

Celiac Disease- EliA Autoimmune Assays

  • tTG IgA
  • tTG, IgG
  • Gliadin IgA
  • Gliadin IgG

Food Sensitization
IgE-mediated reactions to food can produce a broad array of GI symptoms; these can range from moderate to severe. Understanding the potential role a reaction to food plays in GI distress is an important part of the disease management process.

Celiac Disease
Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) and Deamidated Gliadin Peptides (Gliadin) / Gliadin antibodies are excellent markers for celiac disease. A positive EliA tTG result in combination with Gliadin DP / Gliadin helps to support a clinical diagnosis of celiac disease.
